Senior Accounts Administrator (Full-Time or Part-Time) Cavan On behalf of our client, a well-established and successful construction company operating in Cavan, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Accounts Administrator on a full-time or part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare quarterly management accounts and financial reports.
Handle RCT and VAT returns and ensure compliance with regulations.
Conduct bank reconciliations and manage sales invoices, credit notes, and statements.
Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and reconcile statements.
Maintain debtors and creditors ledgers and handle nominal account postings.
Manage payroll processing and organise supplier payments.
Oversee project and purchase order (PO) reconciliation.
Review and follow up on debtors to ensure timely collections.
Provide financial data and insights to support management decision-making.
Requirements & Skills: Proven experience as a Senior Accounts Administrator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting (Xero) and payroll (Sage) software is desirable.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
