Role - HSE Assistant/Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced HSE Assistant/Coordinator to join our team at Covalen, a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) service provider.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage and update regulatory documents such as Risk Assessments and Chemical Inventories.
2. Assist in planning and tracking HSE activities within the TrackWise system.
3. Monitor and manage HSE tasks to ensure timely completion.
4. Provide administrative support during regulatory audits.
5. Coordinate award nominations and recognition programs.
6. Assist with the preparation and distribution of periodic reviews for HSE SOPs and training programs.
7. Prepare and submit regulatory letters and compliance filings.
8. Manage the 3E Safety Data Sheet system.
9. Assist in planning and executing HSE-related events.
10. Administer emergency response communication efforts.
11. SUPPORT contractor management processes to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in an HSE administrative or compliance support role is an advantage.
2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Experience with TrackWise and 3E Safety Data Sheet Management System is a plus.
4. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
