Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Junior Pilot Recruitment Officer to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!
We have an exciting opportunity for a junior recruiter with a desired 1+ year’s experience to come on board and join our Pilot Recruitment function. (A strong graduate with some HR/Recruitment experience will be considered)
With 300+ aircraft being delivered over the next 5+ years, this is a busy and exciting period for our Pilot Recruitment Team. This position will offer candidates the opportunity to progress their career in a dynamic and challenging environment while travelling to various destinations throughout Europe as we look to double the size of the airline group. Based in our Dublin HQ, this role reports to the Pilot Recruitment Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR or Business grad to kick start their career in Recruitment.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Organise and conduct Pilot Assessments in various locations across Europe.
2. Manage the A-Z Pilot Recruitment process and application database.
3. Organise and attend pilot roadshows and networking events.
4. Act as the key point of contact for all candidates and stakeholders including our partner flight schools.
5. Gather market intelligence and ensure Ryanair is promoted as an employer of choice.
6. Work closely with Ryanair’s Flight Operations and Training dept to deliver on agreed targets.
7. Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
1. 1+ years Recruitment or HR experience is desirable but not essential.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
5. Good organisational and presentation skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure.
8. Efficient at multi-tasking.
9. Flexibility to travel extensively.
