Web Developer Graduate

As a Graduate in Tricel, we will welcome you onboard in September 2025. At the end of the 2-year Graduate Programme, you will have gained: International work experience, a qualification relevant to your area of study, fully trained auditor and 2-years work experience. The successful candidate must be available to relocate to a sister company for a period of 6 months should the opportunity present itself.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work on all web development projects across the European and Irish markets in which Tricel operates and will be working closely with our Design and Development team to build websites.
* Testing websites to ensure they fit our stakeholders’ brief.
* Development of all Tricel sites and brands, delivering secure, optimised sites hosted and developed through best practices.
* Other ad hoc projects.
Candidate Profile:
* Relevant Honours Bachelor’s degree or Masters with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent) which was completed within the last two years or is due to graduate by September 2025.
* Experience in WordPress/Magento.
* Experience working on JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
* A good grounding in object-oriented PHP.
* Good knowledge of APIs (XML and JSON).
* Front-end design/development with experience of responsive design, including mobile site development.
* Backend development with experience of LAMP stack including web application development.
* UX experience focusing on intuitive design and seamless interaction.
* Highly motivated, capable of working on own initiative.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
