Catering Supervisor Role
We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Compass Group Ireland on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and delivering exceptional food experiences. Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing high-quality food to meet customer expectations
* Supervising culinary and catering teams to maintain impeccable food and customer service standards
* Communicating regularly with line managers to monitor performance metrics and targets
* Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
* Liaising between customers and culinary and service teams to exceed expectations
* Supporting and training teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role
* Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
Ideal Candidate:
* Possesses passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
* Has a minimum of two years of catering experience
* Has experience managing teams in a similar role
* holds a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* An ambitious and motivated individual always looking to upskill
