Job Purpose:
MACOM Technology Solutions is looking for a Human Resources Representative to support in delivering a broad range of HR services across our various international locations. The position is based in Cork, Ireland and will work with the HR Senior Director and HR Business Partners to support management and employees in MACOM’s various business locations across 18 countries in Europe and Asia. As part of a small and dynamic global HR team, the successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to work on delivering a variety of Human Resources-related services.
Position Description:
The HR Representative will provide HR operational support. The successful candidate will apply practical and pragmatic HR practices and solutions across a range of HR functions including, but not limited to, recruitment and selection, employee development and human resources systems administration. The position requires a self-motivated individual who uses their knowledge and experience to accomplish tasks and solve straightforward problems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:
* Support in the delivery of the full range of HR services such as in the areas of, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training and development and HR Admin.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employee files, attendance records, and training documentation and ensuring GDPR compliance.
* Delivering consistent application of HR policies, processes and systems for HR international.
* Support the maintenance and updating HR policies/processes/documentation to meet business priorities and/or as requested.
* Support with the time and attendance system for international locations and generate monthly and quarterly accrual reports for Finance.
* Provide day-to-day operational support to the Senior Director, HR and HRBPs for HR program/project delivery.
* Support on-going GDPR initiatives in line with guidelines and be proactive in ensuring ongoing compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives.
* Provide routine and ad-hoc reports and administration support as required.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a relevant field.
* Minimum of 1 year post graduate HR experience, preferably to include supporting multiple countries.
* Proficient in Excel and Microsoft office suite.
* Experience in HR systems is an advantage.
* Knowledge and awareness of GDPR best practices is an advantage.
