As a Client Adoption Specialist, you will be part of a team that helps our customers accelerate the deployment of strategic offerings within their production environment. You will deliver deep technical expertise to ensure successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working with strategic offerings such as IBM Concert, Watson Code Assistant for Z, and Watson Assistant for Z.
2. Planning and executing implementation plans directly with end clients.
3. Collaborating with assigned IBM account teams to ensure client sponsors and champions are involved and key performance measurements are met.
4. Interacting with IBM development labs for product feedback and support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education:
Master's Degree
Technical Expertise:
- 4+ years of experience in managing two or more areas: Operating System administration (Linux, Windows, z/OS), TCP/IP network and LDAP administration, APM solutions on the IBM Z platform, IBM CICS and/or IMS administration, Enterprise COBOL development, Java development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in two or more areas: Open Telemetry (OTeL), Ansible Automation Platform, Programming languages commonly used in automation, Working with Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models, Conversational AI, VS Code.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in interoperating COBOL and Java within a zOS subsystem.
