This role is ideal for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in providing essential administrative support across.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support for both Experienced Hire and Campus Recruitment.Represent Grant Thornton as a Brand Ambassador at career fairs, campus events, and recruitment activities, engaging with candidates and promoting the firm as an employer of choice. Support event logistics and coordination to ensure ‘Excellence in Candidate Experience’.Schedule and coordinate interviews across the firm, liaising with candidates and hiring managers.Provide administrative support during large campaign recruitment days, including managing the check-in desk and escorting candidates to interview rooms.Draft and issue contracts of employment and other recruitment-related documentation.Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information.Assist with pre-employment checks for all new hires.Process recruitment-related invoices and liaise with the Finance department for payment.Ensure the HR system is updated accurately with recruitment and new hire details.Support the recruitment team with general administrative tasks and reporting.Assist with internal and external recruitment communications, working with the team to coordinate marketing materials.Travel to regional offices and campuses may be required to provide administrative support during peak recruitment periods.Skills and Attributes:A third-level qualification, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.6+ months of experience in an HR/Recruitment Administrator role is preferred but not essential.Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ATS/HR systems (e.g., Workday) is an advantage.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A team player with a proactive and professional approach to work.This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to develop their administrative skills within a busy and supportive recruitment team, gaining exposure to both Experienced Hire and Campus Recruitment.Life at GTReward and benefits:Our reward and benefits are designed to create an environment where our people can flourish.
