JOB TITLE: MSSP EVENTS
REPORTS INTO: EVENTS COORDINATOR
ABOUT THE ROLE:
A multi-disciplinary role supporting the events team within our Dublin campus. Delivering day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of our events service providing exceptional customer experience within our Client sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work with the Client events team ensuring all events are successfully supported relating to Facilities as well as support the day-to-day running of the office.
2. Perform conference and event room furniture set-ups for meetings and events.
3. Regularly work with external contractors, e.g. cleaning, production crews, and event hosts.
4. Assist with the coordination and booking for internal events.
5. Carry out daily quality audits of all event spaces, furniture, and equipment.
6. Act collaboratively with event hosts before, during, and after events to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations.
7. Work in accordance with health and safety measures and promote best practice amongst colleagues, contractors, and vendors.
8. Work with the Facilities team to ensure preventative and reactive tasks are completed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.
9. Give appropriate and timely follow-ups to colleagues and customers in emails, task systems, social posts, and face-to-face.
10. Work as part of the multiservice team: Supporting Events, Mailroom, Facilities, and Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) where needed.
WORKING LIFE:
1. On a daily basis, you will be working across the whole Dublin campus.
2. The main business language spoken in our offices is English. Knowledge of English is essential.
3. On occasion, you may be required to work weekends or bank holidays; this will be arranged in advance and in accordance with the rota.
4. The role will be structured on a shift basis over a 5-day week.
