Every day the Game Design Team at Playrix makes a huge contribution to the development of the gameplay of our flagship games, setting trends in the casual games market.
The Feature Owner is a production driver who controls the quality of features, proposes and implements new ideas for the development of game modes, and leads the team. You will share best game design practices, onboard and develop game designers, and participate in the assessment of all specialists on the team.
This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).
Tasks
1. Planning the development of a feature from a game design point of view: writing concepts and GDD, developing new game mechanics, working out the internal economy and monetization of the game.
2. Development of independent game modes through AB tests.
3. Production control: evaluation of builds and responsibility for the quality of implementation.
4. Release new events in every version.
Requirements
1. Expertise in LiveOps, monetization, and formation of short- and long-term product goals.
2. Ability to work with game metrics and build hypotheses for game development based on them.
3. Understanding of the trends in the mobile gaming market.
Preferred
Experience in developing casual games in the Expeditions, Match-3, Solitaire, Merge genres.
