Broker Engagement Manager
DescriptionWe are hiring for our client, a leading name in the insurance industry, who is looking for an experienced Broker Engagement Manager to join their team in Ireland (Remote). This role offers a very competitive salary along with a benefits package including a car allowance. As Broker Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening broker relationships and driving sales growth across the Irish market. You’ll work closely with both new and existing brokers, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities, increase brand awareness, and support corporate events.

The Role
Manage Strategic Accounts: Conduct regular reviews, provide monthly management information, and optimise broker relationships.
Identify New Opportunities: Drive growth by onboarding new brokers and expanding product lines within existing accounts.
Develop Communications Plan: Work with the Marketing Manager to create broker communications strategies and support product launches.
Market Insight: Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry changes to identify new opportunities.
Enhance Customer Service: Collaborate with Underwriting teams to continually improve service delivery to brokers.
Event Coordination: Manage and attend corporate and industry events to enhance the company’s market presence.
The Person
Experience in Broker Management: Proven experience in building and maintaining strong broker relationships.
Strategic Insight: Ability to identify growth opportunities and manage strategic accounts effectively.
Strong Communication Skills: Able to create and execute broker communication plans and coordinate events.
Team Player: Comfortable working with various internal teams including underwriting and marketing.
Results-Oriented: Focused on delivering sales growth and profitable account development.
