Global Mobility Senior Manager

The Role
* Advise clients on the planning implications of international assignments, ensuring seamless transitions for employees and compliance with tax regulations in various jurisdictions.
* Liaise closely with global tax partners to guarantee assignees meet their tax obligations in host countries.
* Collaborate with management to develop detailed technical advice on tax issues, including legislation and case law research, to support client decisions.
* Provide guidance to companies on withholding obligations for cross-border employees, ensuring accurate compliance with tax laws.
* Design and deliver training presentations to internal departments on various taxation areas, enhancing the firm's knowledge base.
* Lead regular technical training sessions for tax trainees, covering comprehensive areas of expatriate tax.
* Buildeffective relationships with clients across both compliance and consulting projects, driving long-term partnerships.
Requirements
* A minimum of 8 years' experience in expatriate tax, serving an international client base with a deep understanding of employment tax and other relevant taxes.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including report writing and presentation capabilities.
