On behalf of a Commercial Finance Alternative Lender in Dublin, we are looking to hire an Assistant Portfolio Manager. Role Duties Include: Maintain and develop customer relationships, carry out continuous monitoring, management and organising of our customer files.Management of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.Assist the COO in the day to day running of the business – this element of the role is fund performance focused with an emphasis on forecasting, controls and risk management.To assist Lenders with the drawdown process.RequirementsBusiness, Mathematics, Finance degree (or a similar relevant qualification).Good understanding of Microsoft Excel with an interest in developing Excel skills.Broad understanding of debt advisory, security-based lending and cashflows.Interest and understanding of the Property industry.Good communication skills.BenefitsIf you are interested in discussing in full confidence, apply directly or contact Aoife Stokes at astokes@elevatepartners.ie
