Marketing Executive
An exciting opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our dedicated marketing team. As a key member of our Events Team working under the leadership of the Sales & Marketing Manager and the Director of Sales & Marketing, the main duties of the role will be Social Media planning and content creation for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and responding to queries, posts, messages.
This position will suit a creative and innovative individual with a keen eye for detail, strong social media experience and excellent communicator.

Duties &Responsibilities
1. Review and updateour online presence and platforms to include social media channels.
2. Graphic design ofmenus, brochures, wedding-related material and to liaise and help with otherdesign work when requested by staff.
3. Create photographs,Social Posts, Reels, Boomerangs, Video Clippings for the hotel as and whennecessary.
4. Scheduling socialmedia posts across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram (andStories) weekly and on any future platforms.
5. Working with our CorporateMarketing Team on Website Photographs and OTA Channel Photographs and Imagery.
6. Taking photos andvideos for any events or special occasions being held in the venues, weddings.
7. Compile Weekly andMonthly Metrics to show follower growth and Social Channel Impressions.
8. Writing content forthe websites, ads, newsletters and any other digital platforms.
9. Assistance in widermarketing campaigns and with all F&B marketing and promotions.
10. Communicate allweekly work with Sales & Marketing Manager.
11. Develop and Enhanceany imagery that is produced to give the best image of the Hotels, F&BServices and any other Hotel Activities.
12. Taking initiativeand being creative with new innovative growth strategies.
13. Performing researchand data analytics.
14. Consistently offerprofessional, friendly and engaging service.
15. Updating photo andvideo content on Google Business, TripAdvisor, Bing Places, Yelp.
16. Research competitorSocial Channels and provide suggestions for improvement.
17. Any otherreasonable duties as and when it is deemed necessary by the Hotel Managersand/or Group Directors.
Qualifying Criteria
18. 1 – 2 years previous sales andmarketing experience in a hospitality environment.
19. Must be able to communicate freelyand eloquently in both written and spoken English.
20. Excellent time management &organisational skills are essential.
21. A proactive,self-starter who is able to work within a team as well as individually.
22. Flexibility required to work eveningswhere required and weekends.
23. Strong creativity and innovation isrequired when implementing new concepts.
24. Flexibility with working hoursworking 5 over 7 days and priority must be shown to new Social and SalesOpportunities.
25. Able to work under pressure andmulti-task.
26. Excellent organisational skills andstrong selling and interpersonal skills.
