Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional communications between technical stakeholders and external parties.
* Responsible for resolution and root-cause analysis, responding in a timely manner.
* Prioritize well relating to delivery and issue response.
* Drive automation and process improvement.
* Facing customers, partners, and stakeholders when necessary.
* Lead technology and support teams with excellent people skills.
* Participate in Product Roadmap strategy development.
* Design and implement software testing processes.
* User interface experience is also required.
* Experience with technologies such as End-user interaction points, code refactoring, UI/UX design, Web Service APIs, and branding implementation will be beneficial.
Focus Areas:
* Improve the quality, extensibility, and maintainability of existing code.
* Create a polished and intuitive user experience.
* Implement images and branding developed by the marketing team.
* Develop and extend Web Service APIs to enable feature-rich end-user experiences.
