Beshoffs the Market have an interesting opportunity for an experienced Accounts/ Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This role will particularly suit a very organized and structured individual with excellent communication skills, good computer literacy and previous experience in accounts role. As Accounts/ Administrative Assistant, you will provide key support to both the Accounting and Admin Functions and to the management team.
This position is a part time role circa 12 to 15 hours per week (spread over 3 mornings - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
The day-to-day responsibilities of the role include:
1. Cash reconciliation and lodgments
2. Goods inwards processing
3. General Accounts Department Support
4. General Admin Support
5. General Office Duties
Our ideal candidate will have:
1. Min 2 Years Experience in Accounts Role
2. The ability to prioritise, organise and follow up
3. Very strong accuracy and attention to detail
4. A high level of computer literacy
5. Effective communication skills
6. A strong sense of confidentiality in relation to company data
7. Excellent telephone skills – communicating in a clear and pleasant manner
8. The ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team
