This position will involve working closely with leadership teams to align people plans with strategic business objectives and ensure the successful delivery of key HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Partner with leadership teams to execute the HR Strategy and support business outcomes.Manage annual people processes such as performance reviews, salary adjustments, and employee engagement initiatives.Provide guidance to leadership teams, leveraging HR expertise to influence decision-making and enhance leadership capability.Oversee talent management strategies, including succession planning, talent acquisition, retention, and development.Drive data-driven decision-making, ensuring business leaders use people metrics to inform strategy and initiatives.Support in addressing employee relations and industrial relations issues.Required Skills & Experience:5-10 years experience in HR, with a proven background in business transformation and restructuring.Strong expertise in core HR functions and a high level of confidentiality.Demonstrated success in influencing business decisions and driving change.Strategic problem-solving abilities and the capability to understand and address business needs through HR solutions.Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.A commitment to working with agility and continuously improving business HR practices.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a passion for business transformation and strategic HR leadership.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionHuman Resources
