Role Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Engineer (Level 2 or Level 3) to join us on a full-time basis. This role will be suitable for candidates in the Cork, Limerick, or Dublin regions. A minimum of 5 years industry experience is required for this role.
Some Responsibilities will include:
1. 5 years’ experience working in a similar role
2. Onsite and off-site MIT support
3. Customer-facing role
4. Server hardware and network design and implementation
5. Supporting Office 365 environments
6. Implementing 365 email migrations
7. Implementation of Microsoft Teams
8. Building and administration of Microsoft SharePoint sites
9. Active Directory design, implementation, and administration
10. Switching, Firewall, and Router Support, WatchGuard, Fortinet, or Palo Alto
11. Analyse and resolve faults - from major system crashes to resetting passwords
12. Work closely with other IT staff, engineers, and customers
13. Continuous self-improvement and certifying in technologies that the company deems relevant to your position
