4. Maintain all client records.
5. Provide continuous service by processing insurance renewals and working to retain clients.
6. Track insurance claims to ensure the satisfaction of all parties.
7. Answer client and potential client insurance-related queries as needed.
Insurance Agent Requirements
1. [2+] years experience as an Insurance Agent.
2. Obtain life insurance license.
3. BA/BS in business, economics, or related field preferred.
4. Appropriate insurance licensing where required by law.
5. Excellent customer service skills.
6. Superb communication and negotiation skills.
7. In-depth knowledge of different types of life insurance.
8. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
