Job Summary
We are recruiting a Legal Secretary to work across multiple departments in our international law firm. This junior role requires some experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Administrator within a law firm, preferably 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and format legal documents from digital dictation, including correspondence, briefs, and memos.
* Issue bills to clients and manage their diaries, book travel, and log expenses.
* Manage files, including scanning, photocopying, and archiving.
* Arrange meetings with clients, Counsel, and experts.
Requirements
* Strong experience with digital dictation and a minimum typing speed of 60WPM.
* Excellent skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
* Experience using OneDrive.
* Strong written communication skills and the ability to draft correspondence.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary or Legal Administrator to transition from a small firm environment to a larger, commercial law firm.
