We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Transaction Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing deals from start to finish, interacting with clients, and driving growth.
About the Role:
* Minimum 5 years of relevant financial services experience, preferably in corporate finance, transaction services, or private equity.
* Ability to multi-task and project manage deals, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
* Proficient in Excel modeling, PowerPoint, and other tools to analyze data and present findings.
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
