HR Administrator emeis Ireland - Santry, County Dublin emeis Ireland are recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator for The Residence Santry,Northwood plaza, Co Dublin D09H4X0. The HR Administrator will provide leadership and HR expertise in the home. They will ensure all activities are aligned to emeis values, behaviors and objectives in compliance. Overseeing Employee Relations within the home, Overseeing the recruitment & selection process including on boarding within the home. Forecasting staffing needs mitigating risk where possible. Overseeing the management of employee relations matters including grievances and disciplinary. Supporting employee development, promotion and enhancing job satisfaction. Maintaining employee records in line with employment law and GDPR regulations. Managing HR related budgets, benefits, recruitment etc. Developing and implementing human resources policies. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Oversee the companys performance management system ensuring adherence as required. Systems/Process improvement. Organise / arrange training programmes where required. Support management by providing sound human resources advice, and decisions. Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities. Successfully complete HR projects as required in a timely manner. Evaluate HR effectiveness through compiling and analysing data in line with Orpea metric reporting. Prepare and distribute various reports on HR metrics to ensure needs are met. Manage employee requests such as FML, Carers leave, Parental leave etc. Support the companys Payroll function. Attend senior management meetings / Regional management meetings and take action where necessary. Provide HR Support in other regions if required Solid HR foundational skills in payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition, talent development, compensation, and workforce planning. Ability to work efficiently in a decentralized, international setting (federating people, supervising, providing the right support and control) Strong leadership skills Strong expertise in legal and employee relations Other duties which may be required from time to time Qualifications education & experience Minimum education required Ideally CIPD Qualified or relevant HR qualification Skills & knowledge A minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible and varied HR experience ideally in a multi-site environment, preferably in healthcare or the hospitality industry. Solid HR foundational skills in payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition, talent development, compensation, and workforce planning. Solid understanding of Irish employment law keeping abreast of significant developments that impact upon the workplace. Experience with generating and analyzing HR metrics to drive business results along with proven and reliable business acumen. Demonstrated interpersonal communication, presentation, facilitation and influence management skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Keen customer focus with a willingness to ensure that the customer perspective is a driving force behind decisions and activities. Strong results-orientation and sense of urgency with a focus on service delivery; willingness to be hands-on with a "can-do, will-do" attitude.
