The Business Process Analyst will help drive critical business decisions by managing, automating, and streamlining business processes for the IT Governance team, under the guidance of the Analytics Manager. This role will also support the Analytics Manager on analytics and reporting using Power BI. A successful candidate will be naturally curious, willing to learn, and possess a strong technical background with experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps).
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing, automating, and streamlining business processes for IT using Microsoft Power Platform and supporting the Analytics Manager using Power BI.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Identify and recommend ways to improve business processes for IT.
* Create business tools, processes, and reports that provide insight into key process and data points using Microsoft Power Platform.
* Support applications and workflows developed to ensure seamless processing and uninterrupted service.
* Communicate with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements.
* Prepare reports and present these to management, demonstrating a solid understanding and interpretation of the data.
* Recommend new ways to use existing technology to automate business processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Information Systems or a related field.
* 3-5 Years’ experience in no/low code application development and workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform required.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Advanced communication skills (various mediums).
* Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
* Advanced Excel required – understanding of pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas.
* Microsoft O365 required – Teams, SharePoint.
* Experience with visualization tools required – Power BI preferred.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Effective communicator with all levels of associates and management.
