Key Responsibilities
* Lead recruitment processes, providing a smooth and engaging experience from sourcing to onboarding.
* Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, offering expert guidance to staff and management.
* Support training and development programs to nurture talent and drive employee growth.
* Manage the offboarding process with efficiency and attention to detail.
* Advise on HR policies, terms & conditions, and employment matters to ensure compliance and best practice.
* Contribute to policy development and process improvements, utilizing your HR knowledge to enhance operations.
* Maintain accurate HR records and assist with regular reporting.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can:
* Hold a CIPD qualification or be working towards one, with a solid understanding of NI employment legislation.
* Have experience in a fast-paced sector (at least 3 years) such as manufacturing, construction, or engineering.
* Demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Show the ability to work well under pressure and provide sound HR advice with confidence.
