My Client is a leading company within the Drinks sector with a vast array of iconic brands and due to maternity leave, are now looking for a Brand Manager/ Senior Brand Manager to join the Business. A number of my connections work within the Business and it’s a great place to work- collaborative feel to the company where everyone is approachable. This role will report into an experienced Marketing Director- who has a wealth of experience within the Drinks sector and will be a fair and genuine manager/ boss.
NB- This will be a hybrid role- their offices are really nice-located in Citywest- for this role you must have domestic FMCG marketing experience- trade marketing experience would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
* Strengthen / Defend the Brand Equity of the brand portfolio.
* Effective development and implementation of Brand Plans.
* Brand Performance Management: Volume and Value share vs. the brands’ competitive set.
* Management of Promotional Material across the portfolio.
* Control & Monitoring of Brand Marketing Costs.
* Competitiveness Data and Margins.
Success Measures:
Growing Brand Equity:
* Relevant Brand Equity and Health Indicators identified
* Current and target status of Brand Equity and Health Indicators identified
* Clear timetable identified for achievement of target status of identified Indicators
* All key audiences briefed on targets, timetables and responsibilities
* Relevant and actionable Consumer, Shopper and Trade insights maintained and properly communicated
* Brand Equity and Health Indicators develop in line with plan
Alignment of Vision, Goals and Priorities:
* Understanding and communication to all relevant parties of Brand performance and brand strategies
* Goals, commitments and priorities are communicated to all relevant audiences.
Effective Brand Plans Development:
* Development Plans as per agreed strategic objectives (Advertising, Promotion, Events and PR) for designated brands
Expected Profile of the Successful Candidate:
* 4+ year’s relevant FMCG experience in a Trade Marketing or Brand Management function.
* Experience in agency management, strategic marketing and brand planning.
* Commercial awareness at brand and channel level.
* A track record in the development and execution of BTL activity plans.
* Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks and attention to detail.
