Job Overview
Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical and Construction industries is essential.
This role will involve site visits and office-based work in Dublin.
Main Duties
1. Develop guidelines, processes and documentation to support the company in addressing health and safety and environmental legislation.
2. Prepare and inspect Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) along with PSCS (Project Supervisor Construction Stage) documentation.
3. Conduct administrative and site audits to ensure contractual obligations are met.
4. Observe personnel on-site to ensure EHS compliance.
5. Lead and coordinate incident investigations and utilise root cause analysis.
6. Ensure continued compliance with all regulatory standards.
7. Implement corrective and preventive measures to prevent incidents.
8. Manage employee training records.
9. Create content for the EHS intranet.
Requirements
* Qualification in an EHS discipline.
* 5 years' experience in a commercial environment.
* Internal Auditing certification including Integrated Management Systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
* In-depth knowledge of Irish Health & Safety and Environmental legislation and regulations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
