The opportunity: The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources, procedures, and timing for various business processes.
This role involves organizing project teams, assigning responsibilities, developing schedules, and determining resource needs.
The manager will monitor and report on project status, ensuring adherence to quality standards and resolving any obstacles to timely and budget-compliant project completion.
The role also includes managing multiple, interrelated projects, integrating vendor tasks, and implementing short-term policies and strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence policies and procedures.
