Job Title:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer to join our team, providing technical support and managed services to our customers through the use of Data Services technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of achievement in a systems integrator support environment, with in-depth knowledge of EMS products, customer IT systems, and applications.
Key responsibilities include evaluating, scheduling, and implementing complex changes, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining service delivery across the business to meet SLA targets.
A Bachelor's degree in Networking and IT is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CCNP, Checkpoint Expert level, Aruba Associate level, Palo Alto Associate level, and ITIL v4 Foundation level.
