Crane Service Engineer
This role is for a field service engineer within the Crane Division, reporting to the Service Manager. Key responsibilities include:
* Carrying out responses to breakdowns, trouble shooting and repairs
* LEE inspections and insurance inspections
* Rope and bearing changes, replacing contactors or load cells
The ideal candidate will have a time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a 3rd level qualification. Large crane experience is preferable, but not essential. Good experience with heavy industrial plant and machinery is also required.
The role involves considerable travel throughout Ireland, and substantial training is available.
Maintenance Technician
This role is for a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team at their state-of-the-art facility in County Down.
The primary objective of this role is to minimise breakdowns by routine PPM.
You will be working as part of an established team, focusing on equipment such as Kaltenbach Saws, Peddinghaus Drill lines, and more.
The ideal candidate will be local in South Down, ideally from Newcastle/Castlewellan area.
* A qualified mechanically biased engineer with some electrical experience and knowledge
* Experience of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
* A can do attitude and effective team member
