Key Areas of Responsibility:
Strategic Planning and Development:
Develop and drive an ambitious strategy with annual plans to maximise income growth from corporate, community and philanthropic partnerships in line with Depaul's Strategic PlanSpecific focus on enhancing partner relationships to inspire and optimise longer term engagement for sustainable growth and ongoing supportBuild strong relationships at all levels across Depaul's partnership portfolioContribute and input to the overall strategic development and direction of Depaul's FundraisingUtilise Depaul's CRM to track and analyse performance and provide evidence and insight to inform strategy
Corporate Partnership Management:
Manage and develop Depaul's existing portfolio of corporate donors and partnersDevelop strong prospect pipelines through research, networking, and leveraging existing and broader Depaul networksDevelop and drive Depaul's ESG Partnership StrategyDeliver an excellent experience for partners, maximising engagement and value for Depaul and for our partnersProactively develop the value and impact of partnerships by creating and delivering development, engagement, and communications plans and pitching innovative new ideas and proposalsMaintain a consistent level of in-person contact with existing partners and new prospectsPrepare inspiring fundraising proposals and deliver compelling pitch presentations.
ManagementResponsible for the direction and line management of the Strategic Partnerships Team, including Community Engagement & Events Specialist, Philanthropy & Grants Specialist, and NI Fundraising ExecutivesOversight and monitoring implementation of Community Giving and Philanthropy and Grants strategies, including developing annual plans, with KPIs, targets and budgetsProvide support and guidance to NI Staff to develop aligned strategies focused on regional opportunitiesFoster a collaborative culture across the Fundraising and Communications team, promoting and encouraging Depaul's values in all interactionsGeneral ResponsibilitiesBuild strong internal relationships, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver on objectives and keep all relevant stakeholders updated and engagedAttend and input to internal / external meetings and engage in learning and development opportunitiesWork cohesively with the wider fundraising and communications team to rollout new events / campaignsMaintain accurate records utilising CRM (Salesforce), recording all relevant data and keeping a record of income and expenditure for finance and reportingProvide regular detailed analysis and reporting on Corporate, Community, and Philanthropic Partnerships and Giving in ROI and NI to the Director of Fundraising & Communications, including the ability to offer evidence and knowledge-based recommendationsProvide regular high level reports for the Fundraising and Communications Committee and Board of Trustees, as well as monitoring and evaluation of progress against strategic objectives, KPIs, targets, and budgetKeep up to date on fundraising trends and best practiceAct as an ambassador for Depaul, demonstrating our Values through all aspects of your role.

Person Requirements:
Third level degree in related discipline is essential (e.g., Marketing, Business Development)Two years' successful fundraising experience in the charity sector, ideally in corporate fundraising or business developmentProven track record of successfully developing, managing and delivering corporate partnerships and exceeding partnership objectivesProven track record of delivering on financial targets through proactive partnership development and financial planning skillsStrong knowledge and understanding of fundraising best practice and CSR / ESG principlesPrevious management experience is desirable, but not essential.
