The Noel Group is excited to be recruiting a skilled and dedicated Breakfast Chef de partie for a hotel in Cavan. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation. This role requires an early start at 6 am to ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast service, delivering a range of delicious meals that exceed guest expectations. Our client is a beautiful 4 star hotel in Cavan, located on the Meath/ Monaghan/ Cavan border. With 105 bedrooms, they are one of the leading luxury hotels in Ireland and is also one of the best known wedding venues in Ireland.
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the kitchen meets all food hygiene regulations, including strict adherence to HACCP standards.
* Prepare and cook breakfast items to a consistently high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Deliver high-quality breakfast dishes, paying attention to presentation and taste.
* Minimize food wastage through effective stock rotation and management.
* Ensure guests’ needs and dietary requirements are met, delivering a positive breakfast experience.
* Assist with food preparation for other meals and events following breakfast service.
* Confidently manage large group breakfasts, such as those for wedding parties.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a hotel kitchen is essential.
* Must be available to work early mornings, including weekdays and weekends.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Must have permission to work and reside in Ireland.
* A valid driving license is required.
