We are hiring a Project Co-ordinator to a Leading Nursing Home in Galway, Ireland.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentResponsibilitiesFrom patient admission to discharge, oversee and manage every stage of the HSE rehabilitation bed project.
To oversee daily operations to guarantee the efficient provision of rehabilitative services in the assisted living facility Establish and preserve a solid working rapport with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), which consists of representatives from the fields of nursing, medicine, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social work, and HSE.
To serve as a vital point of contact for internal teams, the HSE, and outside partners in order to facilitate efficient communication and cooperation.
Create, monitor, and report on weekly KPIs to keep an eye on patient outcomes, performance, and contract compliance.
To recognize patterns and deviations in the provision of services and take the necessary steps to resolve any problems or inefficiencies.
In coordination with financial, legal, and operational departments, track and oversee contract deliverables, due dates, and service-level agreements.Requirementsknack at solving problems and a keen eye for detail.
