The National Visual Merchandising and Creative Manager will lead the creative vision and execution of visual merchandising strategies across all retail locations.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for design, detail, and a passion for storytelling, with the ability to drive brand consistency while enhancing the customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement national visual merchandising strategies to drive brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement.
Lead the design and execution of both monthly and seasonal window displays, in-store layouts, and creative installation Design and implement creative treatments to enhance store environment and presentation Ensure brand consistency and alignment with company visual merchandising standards.
Collaborate with marketing, retail operations, and product team to develop cohesive campaigns and product launches.
Conduct regular store visits to assess and optimize visual standards Oversee the planning and execution of new store openings and renovations Develop and manage budgets for visual merchandising and creative budgets Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure innovation and relevance Design and deliver visual merchandising training to Area Managers and Store Managers.

Experience Required Mandatory Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visual Merchandising Manager, or a Regional Visual Merchandising Manager.
Experience setting up new stores and working with various shop fixtures and fittings.
Knowledge and passion for store concept and visual merchandising Experience in training and coaching teams Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and capitalise on business opportunities Full, clean driving licence with willingness to travel nationwide as required (company car will be provided) Availability to work flexible hours when required Desirable Experience of using Sketch Up or Auto Cad - Desirable Skills & Competencies Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
