Key Responsibilities:
1. Commissioning, installation, maintenance & fault-finding on a range of automation and security equipment.
2. Real-time job updates using our mobile phone app.
3. Identifying potential issues before, during, and after installation.
4. Delivering professional service to clients in a courteous and efficient manner.
5. Ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety work practices.
6. Contributing to business improvements and increased efficiency.
7. Participating in our after-hours service rota, sharing responsibilities with multiple engineers.
8. Other duties as assigned to support the team and company growth.
