Food & Beverage Assistant - Ashling Hotel
The Ashling Hotel has an exciting opportunity to join our Food & Beverage team.
Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Food & Beverage team provides a welcoming and friendly experience to all our guests.
General Duties:
1. To be pleasant and courteous at all times to guests, management, and colleagues.
2. To ensure guests' requirements are carried out efficiently.
3. To ensure all tables are adequately looked after.
4. To answer guest and staff questions on menus and allergens.
5. To ensure that all food is being delivered from the kitchen in a timely fashion.
6. To have a good knowledge of the day’s business.
7. To have full knowledge of all department’s opening and closing times.
Key Requirements:
1. Flexibility with working hours is essential.
2. Ability to work on own initiative.
