Commercial Property Solicitor Job Description
About the Role
* Manage a diverse caseload of Commercial Property clients.
* Provide clients with quality advice and guidance on sales, purchases, leasing agreements, and other commercial property matters.
* Draft statutory notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and undertake research to prepare advice on various commercial property issues.
* Be actively involved in business development for the Property Team.
* Undertake any other relevant duties assigned by the Partner.
About You
* 0-3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
* Experience in drafting complex leasing, acquisition, and disposal agreements.
* Strong commercial acumen and client service skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritize work and meet strict timescales.
* Ability to adhere to high practice procedure standards.
* Willingness to work closely with other teams on joint projects.
* Demonstrated desire for personal and professional development.
* Proven work ethic and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
