Office Administrator/ Coordinator

Duties:
* Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
* Manage general office maintenance to ensure a clean, organized workspace.
* Handle correspondence and scheduling meetings.
* Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
* Coordinate basic facility upkeep and report maintenance issues.
* Support staff with general administrative tasks.
* Arrange travel for staff.
* Ensure compliance with office procedures and health & safety guidelines.
* Proficient in productivity tools and software including MS Teams and Office 365.
Requirements:
* Experienced administrator with strong organizational skills.
* Efficient and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
* Strong communicator adept at handling correspondence and liaising with staff.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and email management.
