Their team is growing and needs a proactive, confident, and detail-oriented professional to keep projects moving seamlessly by supporting Project Managers and Construction Site teams across Leinster.
Based in Greenogue Business Park, Dublin 24, this is a permanent role Reporting to the Project Manager.
Salary:
€40-45k plus Pension.

Your Key Responsibilities Project Coordination:
Create, organise, and manage Project Information Packs, ensuring all required documentation is in place.
Scheduling & Logistics:
Arrange service alterations with utility companies and coordinate tasks between crew, contractors, and homeowners.
Financial Oversight:
Review and approve contractor invoices, track project variations, and manage stock control for site materials.
Data Management:
Maintain and update our WI Management System, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Issue weekly reports (environmental, safety, rework), prepare handover packs, and keep key stakeholders informed.
Office & Facilities Management:
Keep the office running smoothly, from managing supplies to supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.
What You Bring to the Table Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), G-Suite, and ZOHO.
Organisational Ninja:
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
Strong Communicator:
You build relationships effortlessly and can liaise confidently with contractors, crew, and clients.
Detail-Oriented:

Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role in the construction sector preferred.
