Leadership Role in Data Governance
This leadership position is crucial in establishing and driving a global Data Governance (DG) team responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards at Regeneron. The role offers an opportunity to shape the DG landscape, driving innovation and excellence through data.
The post-holder will set and implement a strategic vision for Regeneron's data maturity roadmap, including policies and procedures. They will lead change management programs to enable the creation and embedding of a sustainable data quality culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creation and delivery of the IOPS' DG Program (Strategy, Engagement, Culture & Monitoring & Data Ops Leadership)
* Adhering to current and evolving global standards using regulatory guidance and industrial intelligence
* Senior Leadership Team stakeholder engagement and holding the business to account in meeting set standards
* Program Management, ensuring continuous compliance with DG standards
* Leading and driving a mature DG culture, ensuring the DG function is appropriately resourced and supported
Requirements:
* Experience demonstrating the ability to partner, influence, and incorporate new standards or extensive experience in changing large-scale program initiatives
* Recent leadership experience in a data integrity or data governance role
* Previous people management and/or team leadership experience
* Significant leading change experience and knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Education:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
* Equivalent combination of education and experience in pharmaceutical/FDA regulated work areas
