About the Role
As Credit Controller, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for managing cash collections and debt management for the division. You will work under the guidance of the Credit Control Manager to:
• Analyse customer accounts and co-ordinate day-to-day debt management with other team members
• Produce credit control reports for management
• Identify credit control problems and resolve overdue accounts
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• At least 2 years experience in credit control or a busy finance department
• A thorough working knowledge of relevant IT systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of legal procedures in the recovery of debt
What We Offer
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with the option to work from home after an initial training period. You will receive a competitive salary and be part of a dynamic team covering maternity leave on a 1-year contract.
