HR Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our team in Ireland on a permanent basis. This role will involve collaborating with the Organisational Development (OD) team and internal stakeholders to support initiatives focused on learning and development, employee engagement, and overall organisational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
* Manage new employee onboarding and quarterly induction events.
* Support Learning Academy by organising training and maintaining records.
* Assist in probation reviews, performance processes, and mentoring programmes.
* Handle communications, including reports and newsletters.
* Help organise the Employee Survey and follow-up actions.
* Support the IDA Graduate programme and recruitment process.
* Assist with HR systems and ensure accurate data.
* Provide support for recruitment and HR operations when needed.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and relationship building skills.
* Experience in HR is desirable.
* Proficiency in HR systems, reporting, and training.
* Must be organised, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
* Rlevant Level 8 degree is essential.
* Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are a plus.
* Must maintain confidentiality and flexibility in work hours and travel.
