About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a subject matter expert and deliver an exceptional recruitment service to stakeholders and provide a best-in-class candidate experience.
You will advise on, support and manage recruitment processes and you will also be creative in driving the design and delivery of recruitment strategies to deliver high quality, cost effective and timely operational delivery of recruitment needs.
As well as being an advocate for RPS to the external market, you will be given the opportunity to support in other projects internally to both aid your development and help you follow your passion.
About You
We are looking for a team player who is passionate, creative, and innovative about delivering an outstanding service to both our internal clients and candidates.
You will have outstanding communication skills, with experience of working in a fast-paced recruitment environment, identifying hard to find talent.
We are open to hearing from candidates with across all levels of TA experience (agency or internal).
Knowledge of the Engineering Consultancy or Construction Industry would be beneficial but not necessary.
For us, it is about your passion to recruit and work effectively in a team environment.
The role will be a hybrid model of office and home-based working with a regular requirement to travel to meet your stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Acting as overall business partner, providing effective operational, resource and project management of vacancies, ensuring good practice and the RPS process is followed.
Be a creative, innovative thinker to advise on and deliver recruitment strategies.
Taking responsibility for client relationships and account management, acting as a trusted advisor, engaging with stakeholders to understand their problems and provide solutions.
Ensure the business follows the correct process, best practice and RPS behaviours.
Promoting diverse and inclusive sourcing and hiring practices.
Be a brand ambassador for RPS across relevant social media and understand multiple routes to market.
Support with Early Careers across your business area.
Supporting the Resourcing Operations manager to provide regular dashboards, MI reports, insight and knowledge of the market based on evidence to the business.
Support with ad-hoc projects.
Drive direct recruitment fulfilment (Direct % / Agency %, Referral %), the continuous improvement to the recruitment proposition including both the candidate and customer experience.
Build and maintain strong knowledge base of the key market areas.
Responsible for quality assurance including all documentation, process and interactions with clients and candidates.
Drive continuous improvement.
