Our Client, a leading investment management firm is seeking a highly organised and professional Corporate Receptionist to join their team in Dublin.
This full-time role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the office, providing administrative support, and managing key office functions.
This role requires an individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee front-of-house reception duties, including visitor management and building access.
2. Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and ensure rooms are prepared in advance.
3. Provide travel coordination support for senior executives.
4. Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and handle correspondence.
5. Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers as needed.
6. Coordinate with facilities management on building maintenance and security.
7. Assist in planning and organising company events and activities.
8. Support health and safety compliance within the office.
9. Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate receptionist or office administrator role.
2. Experience working with C-Suite executives is highly desirable.
3. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
