Job Title: Account Manager

About the Role:
To manage the delivery of high-value contracts, ensuring service quality, teamwork, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and manage budgets for assigned contracts to maintain cost control and achieve financial objectives.
2. Promote and deliver company goals, meeting or exceeding quality and customer support standards.
3. Implement control measures to ensure safe working environments and provide subcontractors with necessary facilities.
4. Oversee all aspects of assigned contracts, maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment according to site requirements and regulations.
5. Provide guidance to clients as needed.
6. Offer energy management advice to clients to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
7. Develop and implement quality measures and procedures in collaboration with the company.
8. Manage cost control, reviewing costs to reduce subcontractor expenses.
9. Create and deliver Service Level Agreements for clients and sub-contractors.
10. Evaluate service delivery effectiveness against SLAs and KPIs to minimize deductions.
11. Facilitate staff training to ensure they are proficient in service provision.
12. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
13. Prepare monthly reports for contracted services.
14. Administer management and reporting procedures.
15. Establish safe systems of work and address Health & Safety requirements.
16. Support commercial functions, including labor and subcontractor elements during tendering processes.
17. Maintain client satisfaction.
18. Manage project works.
19. Monitor contractual documents and KPIs to minimize risk and maximize profit.
20. SOURCE materials and subcontractors effectively.
21. Regularly audit sites to ensure work meets specified standards and documentation is up-to-date.
22. Produce accurate client reports, designing bespoke reporting to develop contract relationships.
23. Take responsibility for health and safety at each site.
24. Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures.
25. Suggest and implement service delivery improvements and innovations.
26. Develop and grow customer relationships.
27. Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff.
28. Self-motivated, able to motivate others, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
29. Tackle ad-hoc projects as directed by the Director.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Previous experience in a GMP regulated environment, with 2 years in management.
2. Project management experience.
3. Energy management experience/qualification advantageous.
4. Experience managing a team.
5. Third-level engineering qualification or equivalent.
6. Member of a relevant professional organization.
7. A knowledge of Sales & Margins processes.
8. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
