Customer Order and Operations Specialist (Remote - Ireland)-5092
itD is seeking a Customer Order and Operations Specialist to join our Technology Practice Group. This is a remote role (work from home!) in Ireland, open to remote in UK and Europe as well. This is an exciting role for the right individual to continue to cultivate your skills and domain expertise.
The individual selected will be instrumental in helping us continue to deliver excellence to our base of marquee Fortune 500 accounts. You will be joining a family of other SMEs who have also specialized within this sector.
You will also interact closely with our itD Practice Directors, who will partner with you and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.

Length: 1 year 3 months
This role touches all aspects of order-to-cash, from receipt of customer orders through invoices and RMA processing. This role requires a dynamic individual who has a passion to solve problems with numerous stakeholders both inside and outside the company.
* Receive, review, and process revenue and RMA orders in an accurate and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Provide timely follow-up with customers regarding order status, delays and delivery issues.
* Provide customers and sales with open order reports on a weekly basis.
* Resolve customer problems in a professional and timely manner.
* Assist finance with account reconciliation, discrepancies and accurate processing of credits and returns.
* Assist sales with account management, queries, quoting, and be the liaison into Operations for Sales.
* Help document and continuously improve processes that deliver world class service to our customers.
* Provide cover for vacation time for team members. Participate in a floating schedule for different areas of Sales Operations activities (Loan management: RMA management: New Product backlog management).
Required qualifications and skills
* 5 years+ relevant Inside Sales / Customer Service Experience.
* Must be PC Literate – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
* Must have strong Excel experience – proficiency in vlookup/ pivot tables.
* Competent in sales order entry systems and processes.
* Knowledge and experience of logistics, carriers and terms an advantage.
* Analytical, detail oriented, with an emphasis on data integrity and accuracy.
* Ability to organize and prioritise work is a must.
* A talent to succeed in a fast paced, ever-changing environment with ability to multitask and deliver results.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

* Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible environment that is constantly changing.
