Role Overview:
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our product by leading the vision and roadmap for Cash Management. You will drive our products into new market segments while enhancing customer value. * Define and lead the execution of the roadmap for Cash Management, including cash positioning, transaction data, reconciliation, and forecasting.
* Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-organized and groomed backlog for agile development.
* Maximize team productivity, ensuring User Stories meet user needs and comply with the Definition of Done.
* Act as the voice of the customer, translating product needs into detailed requirements and driving consensus across stakeholders.
* Work with Corporate Development to identify and secure ecosystem/channel partners to enhance customer value through automation.
* Own the core user experience and oversee optimization strategies to align with user expectations.
* Work closely with customers, sales, and services to validate designs and refine go-to-market approaches.
* Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategies and adjust to industry trends.
* Develop and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product success and guide future enhancements.
* Develop training materials and support frameworks to ensure successful product rollout and adoption by internal stakeholders and end-users.
Skills & Requirements:
* 5 years of product management experience in a SaaS or financial services company serving business/commercial clients.
* Strong experience in Cash Management (cash positioning, transaction data, reconciliation, forecasting) is highly preferred.
* Familiar with Agile product development methodologies.
* Strong ability to collaborate across various functions including technology, marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
* Proven experience launching new products in high-growth markets.
* Experience working in a virtual team environment.
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to extract and articulate stakeholder needs, even those they may not clearly express themselves.
* Comfort with data and the ability to use it for monitoring product health and making informed decisions.
* Ability to manage competing priorities, weigh tradeoffs, and drive consensus, while maintaining focus on overall business goals.
* Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of working directly with clients.
Education Requirements:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent experience is preferred.
