We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Engagement Project Manager to join our international commercial team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for processes related to healthcare professional (HCP) engagements and sponsorships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. This position offers the opportunity to support strategic objectives and drive process improvements within a dynamic and collaborative environment. A Typical Day might include: Leading all aspects of the engagements and contracting process with healthcare professionals and organizations. Serving as the primary contact for international commercial teams, providing ongoing support and guidance. Crafting and maintaining training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources. Coordinating training programs for internal teams on HCP engagement and sponsorship contracting processes. Collaborating with legal, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and consistency in practices. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You enjoy being the go-to person for international commercial teams, offering support and guidance, while collaborating with legal, compliance and wider commercial team to ensure consistency. You are meticulous and enjoy managing procedural documents. To be considered for this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry, specifically in roles involving the engagement of healthcare professionals. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for HCP engagement and sponsorships is essential. Excellent communication and relationship management skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, are pivotal. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
