The Role
We are seeking a friendly and experienced receptionist to be the first point of contact within our organisation. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in a receptionist/front of house role. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling day to day administration and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients, staff and visitors.
Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome all visitors to our office
2. Answer and direct all incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
3. Provide administrative assistance when needed (booking meeting rooms, ordering stationary, typing notes if required etc)
4. Assisting with organising coffee mornings or other staff events
5. Responsible for ensuring communal areas and meeting rooms are presentable and up to standard at all times and ensure refreshments are restocked when needed
Requirements
1. 2 years’ experience in a front of house role
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
