We have an exciting opportunity for a Collections Analyst to join our International Revenue Team in Dublin for a 11 month FTC. Ideally, you have credit and collections experience, preferably having worked with advertising agencies in the digital space. You'll work within our collections function, managing a collections portfolio, ensuring full compliance with the corporate credit policy, and striving for timely collections with achievement of collections objectives. Additionally, you may be asked to work on system projects to improve and enhance our current systems (SFDC and Oracle)Pinterest's International Revenue Team in Dublin is seeking a Collections Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess experience in credit and collections, with a preference for those familiar with digital advertising agencies. This role involves managing a collections portfolio, ensuring adherence to corporate credit policy, and achieving timely collections objectives. Furthermore, the role may include contributing to system improvement projects involving SFDC and Oracle.
What you’ll do:
* Manage a global portfolio of agency accounts, focusing on collections activities and adhering to internal credit policies
* Proactively build positive relationships with clients using strong customer experience skills
* Collaborate closely with sales, legal, operations, and revenue teams to streamline the collections process and facilitate timely escalations
* Support the resolution of aging disputes through query management and reconciliation
* Provide assistance with ad hoc queries and project team initiatives
What we’re looking for:
* 3+ years of experience in credit and collections
* Exceptional attitude with demonstrated ownership and problem-solving abilities
* Experience collaborating with digital advertising agencies
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams across the organization
* Strong sense of urgency and ownership of all assigned responsibilities
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting or business, or equivalent experience
