A fantastic opportunity to join the team at Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort as Resort Wedding Sales Executive. This role reports directly into the Sales, Marketing & Revenue Manager, working closely and within the Sales & Events Team.
The suitable candidate will have the opportunity to join this renowned 4* Deluxe Spa & Golf Resort and will be the professional face of Mount Wolseley Hotel Wedding Segment. Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of administration for weddings and events, including response times and follow-up procedures
* Utilise HotSoft / Maposa input/booking procedures and coordinate corporate events (as needed) and Weddings
* Work closely with brides and grooms to plan their wedding arrangements, including site inspections and proposals
* Perform daily office administration duties and convert enquiries into bookings.
* Co-ordinate attendance at all National Wedding showcases, from show set up to on the day representation and sales
* Maintain and populate Social Media platforms to promote Mount Wolseley Weddings weekly
* Work with the Operations Team to ensure high standards are maintained for all on-site wedding showcases and weddings alike.
Requirements
* A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Sales is desirable
* Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen
* Meticulous attention to detail and immaculate grooming/presentation
* Intermediate computer skills and fluency in English
* Ambition in sales and events, with previous experience essential
* Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and corporate networking skills
* Be flexible to assist the overall sales function when required
